4.2 Jurisdictional responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform, and any subsequent use of third-party Operator platforms referenced therein, is lawful in your jurisdiction. 88fg does not represent, warrant or guarantee that access to this Platform or to any Operator platform is legal in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. Online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws in Pakistan; users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position.
4.3 Capacity. By using the Platform, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who have been self-excluded from gambling services, or who are subject to court-ordered restrictions on gambling, must not use the Platform or access any Operator services referenced on it.
4.4 Exclusion of restricted persons. Employees, contractors, agents, directors and officers of 88fg, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to register accounts or participate in any promotional activities on the Platform.
5.1 To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
5.2 Single account. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 88fg. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.3 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify 88fg immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 88fg will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5.4 Accurate information. Providing false name, age, address or contact details during registration constitutes fraud. 88fg reserves the right to terminate any Account opened using false or misleading information and to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
6.1 Subject to these Terms, 88fg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational and entertainment purposes.
6.2 You may read, print and share Content from 88fg for personal reference, provided that you do not modify the Content, remove any attribution or copyright notices, or use it in a manner that is misleading or that implies endorsement by 88fg of any position not expressed in the original Content.
6.3 Access to the Platform from cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar is subject to applicable Pakistani law. 88fg makes no representation that access is permitted under Pakistani law; the determination of legality rests solely with each individual user.
7.1 In using the Platform, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
7.2 A breach of this Section 7 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, civil proceedings and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, data compilations and software — are owned by or licensed to 88fg. These rights are reserved.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. The limited licence granted in Section 6 does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Content except as expressly permitted herein.
8.3 Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive and contextual purposes only. Such references do not imply any commercial relationship, endorsement or affiliation with 88fg.
9.1 The Platform contains information about, and may provide navigational context regarding, third-party online gambling Operators. 88fg is not an agent, partner, affiliate or representative of any such Operator unless an explicit written agreement to that effect exists and is disclosed on the Platform.
9.2 Any decision to register with, deposit funds into, or wager on a third-party Operator platform is made entirely at your own risk. You should review the Operator's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, licensing information and responsible-gambling policies independently before proceeding.

10.3 All currency amounts referenced on 88fg in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are illustrative unless expressly identified as confirmed Operator data. Illustrative figures should not be relied upon as accurate representations of current deposit minimums, withdrawal maximums or bonus values.
11.1 Any bonus, promotional offer or reward described on 88fg is described for informational purposes only. 12.4 Aggregate cap. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are enforceable, 88fg's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to 88fg (if any) in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim, or (b) USD 100.
12.5 Uptime. 88fg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages and third-party infrastructure failures may affect availability. 88fg will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.
13.1 Online gambling in Pakistan is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, provincial gambling regulations and other applicable laws. 88fg does not represent that online wagering is permitted, licensed, regulated or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial government or any Pakistani financial institution.
13.2 Pakistani residents who choose to access online gambling platforms do so at their own legal risk. 88fg expressly disclaims any responsibility for the legal consequences — civil or criminal — that may arise from a User's decision to register with or wager on any Operator platform.

17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fg is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
17.2 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
18.1 88fg may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Revisions take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
18.2 It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
19.1 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
19.2 No failure or delay by 88fg in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude any further exercise of the same or any other right or remedy.
